Azyora is the flagship enterprise software initiative of Sarjik, representing the Group's long-term vision for building technology that enables organizations to operate more intelligently, efficiently, and securely in the digital age.

Azyora is being developed as an AI-powered Digital Workplace Operating System designed to bring communication, collaboration, business operations, information, automation, and decision support together within a unified digital environment.

Rather than requiring organizations to manage a growing collection of disconnected software products, Azyora is being designed around the idea of a more integrated workplace platform — one in which people, information, business processes, collaboration, and artificial intelligence can work together through a common ecosystem.

The Opportunity

Azyora Chat

As part of the Azyora ecosystem, Azyora Chat is being developed as a professional communication platform and will also serve as the first standalone Azyora product to reach the market.

The standalone application is intended to provide a professional communication experience while remaining connected to the broader Azyora ecosystem.

Over time, eligible users will be able to move from the standalone communication experience into broader Azyora workplace capabilities, creating a continuous path from communication to a wider digital workplace environment.

Long-Term Ambition

Sarjik intends to develop Azyora into a significant technology platform with an Initial Strategic Markets: Africa and the United States, followed by expansion into international markets.

The long-term ambition is to establish Azyora as a trusted digital operating platform for businesses and other organizations seeking a more integrated approach to workplace technology.

Investment Opportunity

Azyora is currently under development as a long-term strategic technology project of Sarjik.

The Group is making the project available for external investment participation as it progresses through product development, platform construction, commercialization, and market expansion.
